Description
Tracking this here. Gives us a way of moving the docker LCOW graphdriver away from v1, dropping RS3/RS4 LCOW support finally, and providing a public interface that can be shared by multiple users. The package should own SVM lifetime too. Min bar is to support docker+containerd.
