Description
According to stack overflow and Vinicious's blog, it seems that it is not possible to reproduce a gui-based application with Windows containers, such as Notepad. I wonder if it is related with the Docker implementation, or it is a more low-level implementation limitation that also affects your API.
Thank you in advance

Research direction
Start by reading the linked Stack Overflow question and Vinicious's blog, then compare their Windows container GUI findings with hcsshim's exposed API. Done means determining whether GUI application support is blocked by Docker or by a lower-level Windows/container limitation, and recording that conclusion in the issue.
