Description
Broken off from original issue tracking full coverage vs. upstream: https://github.com/microsoft/go/issues/1
For upstream, builders usually run on Debian stretch, but there are several other builders for some specific distros.
We may want to include them for parity with upstream to be even more sure about the compatibility of our patches before trying to upstream.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the upstream full-coverage issue and the repository's existing Linux builder configuration. Determine how builders are represented and what is needed for buster, fedora, jessie, sid, and wsl. Done means the alternate-distro builders are configured for parity with upstream and can be used to check patch compatibility.
