Description

The ODBC sqlcmd disallows a batch separator that matches any value in this list. go-sqlcmd probably should do so.

Research direction

The issue names no file or test. Start by tracing the go-sqlcmd CLI path that accepts a custom batch separator and compare its validation with the ODBC behavior described here. Add coverage for the listed reserved values; done means matching custom separators are rejected.
