How to Reproduce
- run modernize from powershell
- pick assess
- do some checkings in the security part
- pick the correct folder.
- make it run locally not cloud agents
- run the assessment
- right away it fails within seconds with this error: ERROR: Pre-assessment failed: Report file is not generated. WARNING: Repo moc: assessment failed (exit 99).
Expected behavior
this is only failed with one application this application is written in .net framework 4.5: ERROR: Pre-assessment failed: Report file is not generated. WARNING: Repo moc: assessment failed (exit 99).
