Add Community projects section

Hello,

It would be nice to add a community section somewhere in the docs or website to highlight what community has built using Foundry-Local and Foundry-Local-SDK .

Here's one exemple of electron app i built on top of the SDK to make Foundry Local testing easy to use :

No documentation or website file is named in the issue. Start by locating the repository's docs and website structure, then review how existing project links are presented. Done means a community projects section is added and includes the provided Foundry-Local-App example.
