**User Experience:**
Screen reader users cannot determine the current state of a control (expanded, checked, selected, pressed). They see a toggle but cannot tell whether it is on or off.

Note: User credentials should NOT be included in the bug.

**Actual Result:**
Aria-selected property is not defined for the Execution Device buttons (CPU, GPU, NPU) under 'Models' page.

**Note:**
Same repro for the control present in 'Start with SDK' section under 'Home' page.
Path: https://www.foundrylocal.ai/>Home>Start with SDK

**Expected Result:**
Aria-selected property should be defined for the Execution Device buttons under 'Models' page.

How to Fix:
Add appropriate ARIA state attributes: aria-expanded="true|false", aria-checked="true|false", aria-pressed="true|false", aria-selected="true|false". Update values dynamically via JavaScript when state changes.

### To reproduce

1. Open the URL "https://www.foundrylocal.ai/" and login with valid credentials.
2. Foundry local homepage opens. Select 'Models' from header.
3. Navigate to CPU, GPU, NPU controls under Execution Devices
4. Verify whether Aria-selected property is defined or not.
