Description

This is an issue to track some suggestions I have for your GitHub repo.

  1. The "About" section is empty. You should add a description and tags to improve project discoverability.

  1. There are no GitHub Issue templates. It would be helpful if you had templates for bugs and feature requests so you could specify what you wanted from users (e.g., error, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, logs, platform, version, etc.) when they submit bugs. You can then have GitHub automatically tag them as appropriate.

  2. You can hide Projects if you are not intending on using it but leaving Projects up and using it for your dev team, developing "in the open", so that dev tasks are visible would be awesome.

No contributing guide indexed for this repository

First steps

  1. Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.
  2. Comment on the issue to say you are picking it up — it saves two people doing the same work.
  3. Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
  4. Open a pull request that references the issue number.

Research direction

Start in the repository's GitHub settings, reviewing the empty About section, issue-template options, and Projects visibility described in the issue. Confirm which suggestions the maintainers want; done means the selected repository metadata and contribution templates are updated, with any requested project visibility change applied.
