Description

Requesting a feature enhancement for the Microsoft AI Toolkit extension, specifically within the Agent Builder Instructions.

This enhancement would enable user to select a markdown (.md) file from the Visual Studio Code project, and use its file content as Instructions for the Agent

This feature would boost developer productivity and make Instructions from GitHub repository available.
