Hello team,
I'd like to request the addition of the Qwen/QwQ-32B NPU-optimized model—along with full Tools Support—into the AI model catalog used by the VS Code AI Toolkit, specifically for agentic and tool-augmented applications.
Why This Matters
The Qwen/QwQ-32B model offers strong multilingual reasoning and performance characteristics, making it well-suited for complex agent workflows. Optimizing it for NPU deployment could bring substantial performance benefits for developers using edge or limited-resource environments.
Feature Request Details

✅ Ensure it includes Tools Support (function calling / tool use)
