[Bug]: Cannot open links in new tab

Current Behavior

Nothing happens

Expected Behavior

Both fluent-link and fluent-anchor-button should allow the user to open the link in a new tab by pressing the middle mouse button.

Start with the Storybook reproduction for the Link component and locate the implementations of fluent-link and fluent-anchor-button. Reproduce the issue with a middle-click in the listed browsers, then verify that both components support opening their links in a new tab without disrupting normal activation.
