Description
Description: Aggregate all "deferred" items from REL-01 through REL-06 into a single "Reliability follow-up backlog" doc. Per item: severity, scope estimate, recommended owner, link back to the original findings report. Becomes a handoff artifact for a future planning cycle.
Why it matters: Without this aggregation, deferred items become invisible. The closing backlog ensures the work isn't lost — it's just deferred with a written plan.
- Difficulty: Easy (aggregation; not new findings)
- Sequencing: End of M3
- Mode: UXE-driven; Robert reviews
- Tags: Closing

Research direction
Start by reviewing the REL-01 through REL-06 findings reports and extract every item marked deferred. Create the Reliability follow-up backlog with each item's severity, scope estimate, recommended owner, and link to its original report; it is done when all deferred items are captured for the future planning cycle.
