Description

Description: Pick a recently-merged migration PR. Strong candidates: #35883 (ProgressBar, Phase 1 of the migration plan), #35763 (Popover/Menu slide), #35168 (MessageBar slide & fade), #35433 (Nav icon Rotate), or #35141 (Dialog Scale). Calendar (#36127, PR #35666) and Spinner root (#36128, PR #35882) are also candidates if they have landed by then. Read the diff line-by-line, ask questions, write a short post-merge reflection covering: the migration pattern used, what changed structurally, what was non-obvious. Robert narrates decisions during a walkthrough.

Why it matters: Migrations are the UXE's most repeated activity in M2–M3. Reading a merged PR with a senior engineer narrating compresses ramp dramatically. Output seeds DOC-04 (the maintainer migration guide).

  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Dependencies: ONB-02 recommended

Research direction

Choose one of the listed merged migration PRs, such as #35883 or #35763, and read its diff line by line. Join Robert's walkthrough to ask questions, then write a short reflection covering the migration pattern, structural changes, and non-obvious details. Completion is the reflection that can seed DOC-04, the maintainer migration guide.
