Description

Library

React Components / v9 (@fluentui/react-components)

Describe the feature that you would like added

Some storybook utils are/could be shared by other apps/packages. To have a to have a DRY repo as commented in https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui/pull/27746#discussion_r1183517554, we should have them under one package.

Have you discussed this feature with our team

Research direction

Start with the React Components v9 storybook utilities and review the discussion in pull request 27746, especially the referenced comment. Identify which utilities are shared across apps or packages and where they currently live. Done means the shared utilities are organized under one package without duplicating consumers.
