Description
We need to run the charting vr-tests for fluent v9 to detect and fix any styling issues.
https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui/tree/d8321c5e8191f94e9413aee0e800f96d3de8e311/apps/vr-tests/src/stories/react-charting
To configure vr-tests for fluent v9, we need to wrap each story under the FluentProvider theme using the v8-v9 migration wrapper.
The usage is showcased in this tool.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the charting stories in apps/vr-tests/src/stories/react-charting and the v9-migration tool linked in the issue. Run the charting vr-tests with the Fluent v9 migration wrapper applied to each story. Done means the stories run under Fluent v9 and any resulting styling issues are fixed.
