Description
⚠️ Problem
When Cost Management cost allocation rules are enabled, x_OnDemandUnitPrice and x_OnDemandCost are not available which means cost savings cannot be calculated.
🛠️ Solution
- Display a warning on pages that show cost savings that cost allocation must be disabled in order to see savings.
- Consider also removing the cost allocation filter and include a comment about how costs may be moved around.
- Can we add a one-click filter?

Research direction
Start by locating the Power BI pages that show cost savings and the handling of Cost Management allocation rules. Confirm how the unavailable x_OnDemandUnitPrice and x_OnDemandCost values are surfaced; done means affected pages warn that allocation must be disabled and the agreed filter or explanatory comment is present.
