🐛 Problem
TODO: Deployment failure in Azure Australia East due to Time Zone issue.

👣 Repro steps

Standard deployment template. No customisation.
Just deploying into AustraliaEast region upgrading existing instance.
Errors:
The provided script failed with multiple errors. First error: Microsoft.Rest.Azure.CloudException: HTTP Status Code: BadRequest Error Code: BadRequest Error Message: ErrorCode=InvalidWorkflowTriggerRecurrence, ErrorMessage=The recurrence of trigger has an invalid time zone 'Australian Eastern Standard Time'.
