Description
⚠️ Problem
Microsoft has 2 FinOps self-paced learning modules today. When the FinOps Framework updates, they will be outdated.
🛠️ Solution
We should move them into the FinOps toolkit to facilitate updates alongside the other guidance.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the two source module paths in MicrosoftDocs/learn-pr: learn-pr/azure/get-started-with-finops and learn-pr/azure/adopt-finops-on-azure, then compare the FinOps Toolkit’s guidance structure. Confirm where both modules belong in the toolkit and what supporting content must move; done means they are maintained alongside the other guidance and can be updated with future FinOps Framework changes.
