Description
The server UI incorrectly displays the Bits/s counters as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
Example

The client sending side in this example is transmitting roughly 50Mbps, and the server side confirms this at the interface level counters (52.8Mbps). The Test Results Bits/s shows 157.18M which is not accurate.
I have verified this behaviour is consistent between Windows and/or Linux clients and servers.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the server-side UI result with the client and server, comparing the Test Results Bits/s value with the interface-level counters described in the issue. Trace the server UI's Bits/s calculation and verify that the displayed throughput matches the measured roughly 50 Mbps across Windows and Linux.
