Description
This may build off the "[Add a Settings Page](https://github.com/microsoft/edit/issues/22)" feature request, but it would be great to have this option where we could set default Space/Tab options when tabbing in certain files of a specific filetype.

Research direction
Read the linked "Add a Settings Page" issue first to understand the proposed settings work this request may build on. Then define how space/tab defaults are stored and selected per file type; done means those defaults persist and apply when editing matching files.
