Description
In issues such as this one: https://github.com/microsoft/ebpf-for-windows/issues/5560
automatic bugs get created even if the crashing process is not related to the eBPF test. The ask is to change the CICD tasks such that it creates automated bugs only if the test app is crashing. This however does not apply for the kernel driver tests.
