Describe the error you see in the documentation, or the correction you suggest

Source: SbD Delivery Plan JUL 2026 (Initiate phase)

Issue: one of the two Implementation strategy folders in the Initiate phase (see the
separate duplicate-folder issue) contains three tasks that describe the same activity in
three different wordings:

  1. "Choose a methodology"
  2. "Choose an implementation methodology"
  3. "Define project methodology"

Expected: a single task for choosing/defining the implementation methodology.

Impact: teams importing the delivery plan get three parallel work items for one activity,
which inflates the plan and forces every implementation to resolve the duplication locally.
