The file "Deliverables MAR 2026.2.xlsx" in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Process Catalog download appears to be protected with IRM / sensitivity protection.

Issue:
When opening the file in Excel, it appears to be protected by Information Rights Management and cannot be opened/used by external implementation partners.
Impact:
This workbook is normally used as part of the Azure DevOps import process for Dynamics 365 implementation projects. The IRM protection blocks partner/customer use of the official Microsoft-provided template.
Expected result:
The workbook should be downloadable and usable without IRM protection, consistent with the Business Process Catalog guidance and Azure DevOps import process.
Can Microsoft please republish the workbook without IRM/sensitivity-label protection, or confirm where an unsecured official version can be downloaded?
