AI Agent solution is deployed to Dynamics 365 Sales to identify demand based on sales, alert the inventory team to ensure the stock is available and to monitor trend to improve Sales. Sales team will have lots of questions to find the what the current trend is, which products are in demand based on sales, sales statistics, sales trends, stock availability. There is a need for an interactive system and this needs to be in real time.
TrendLift agent is built to help sales user answering all the above questions by connecting to Business Central, Dynamics 365 and Dataverse in natural language.
Notify agent is built to automate sending notifications to inventory team on demand products based on sales and to sales team on sales trend and statistics. This Autonomous agent is designed to automate the process of sending notifications in real-time to fulfil the inventory requirement based on demand sales and providing sales trend to sales team to improve sales. Power Apps MCP Server is used to enable Agent feed so that users can see the agent activities. Agent logs the action in Agent feed for faster human review.
This solution is created for a retail organization, but this can be used for other industries as well. This solution interacts with Business Central and gives information needed to sales team as AI responses in natural language and notifies inventory team in real-time automatically.
