Description
As the implementation use offset instead of real continuation token, it's leading to performance problem when we go in high offset.
Maybe we could change the implementation to use last id for continuation token.

Research direction
Locate the pagination implementation that uses SQL offset and inspect how its continuation token is produced and consumed. Replace the high-offset approach with last-ID continuation and verify that pagination remains correct while avoiding performance degradation at high offsets.
