Goal
If you're building X, here's where to start.
What to ship
docs/audiences.md with 3 personas max:
- AI app developer — building an LLM-powered app on DocumentDB. Quickstart: local stdio with Copilot/Claude.
- Data engineer doing AI-assisted exploration — wants to ask the data questions, get fast answers. Quickstart: VS Code + sample notebook.
- Security reviewer / platform team — reviewing whether to deploy this. Pointer:
docs/permission-model.md.
Each persona block:
- One-sentence
you are…statement. - The single quickstart that fits.
- Top 3 docs they should read next.
- One sample prompt or scenario.
Acceptance criteria
- ≤ 3 personas.
- Each persona has a single starting path.
- Linked from the README's "where to start" area.
