Goal
The only doc some users will actually consume.
What to ship
A 60-120 second screencast embedded at the top of the README:
- Install the MCP server in VS Code (10 seconds).
- Set the connection string (10 seconds).
- Ask Copilot:
what collections exist in fleet?(10 seconds). - Show the response and follow up:
find vehicles where status is 'maintenance'.
Hosted on Microsoft-owned infrastructure (Stream, YouTube channel, or embedded mp4 in repo via Git LFS).
Acceptance criteria
- Length ≤ 120 seconds.
- Captions / transcript included.
- README has both the video and a text fallback for the same steps.
Why
