Description
Hello,
we are using Aspire .NET with visual studio and have more than 10 projects, which will exceed the ports per tunnel resource limit (10 per user).
Is there a possibility that we can exclude certain projects from being picked up by dev tunnels?
I don't need all of them to be exposed, that way I could save on some ports.
Thanks
Ben

Research direction
Start by reviewing how the dev-tunnels SDK discovers projects for Aspire .NET in Visual Studio. Define how users would identify projects to exclude and how to verify that excluded projects do not consume tunnel ports while selected projects continue to be exposed.
