Description

Currently our system tests do not handle process signals from the OS. If you kill a test with Ctrl-C, it will leave dangling resources, which may impact future runs.

How to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a pipe test, e.g., pipe ping pong
  2. Kill the server with Ctrl-C
  3. Start the test again

Expected Behavior

The test should restart without issue.
