Description
Description
demi_pushto() for TCP does not work with Catnip, Catcollar and Catpowder.
How to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use demi_pushto() on a TCP demi_socket.
- Build demikernel with any one of [Catnip|Catcollar|Catpowder].
- See error.
Expected Behavior
There should be no error. TCP communication should work fine.
Alternative Solution
- Check if the peer IP is what we have already connected to.
- Return Not Supported for TCP sockets.

Research direction
Start at the demi_pushto() implementation for TCP sockets and reproduce the error using Catnip, Catcollar, and Catpowder as described. Done means TCP communication succeeds without an error, or the implementation explicitly returns Not Supported for TCP sockets if the peer-IP check cannot be supported.
