[Bug] Enterprise managed user account is showing profile pic of different github user in my chat window

OS: Windows 11
Eclipse Version: 2026-06
Plugin Version: 0.18.0.202606020012_nightly

Describe the bug

I'm using copilot for business and my account is an enterprise managed account. The username of this managed account has the same username as an existing github account but is not related in anyway. When I use the chat window it displays my username but has a profile pic of the other github user with the same username. I am concerned that in the background more than the profile pic is being accessed?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use an enterprise managed account that has the same username as an actual github account and check the profile pic in the chat window.

Expected behavior
Should not show the other user's profile pic.

Start by reproducing the issue in the chat window with an enterprise managed account whose username matches another GitHub user, then trace how the displayed profile picture is selected. Done means the chat window shows the managed account's own profile picture and does not display the unrelated user's image.
