Describe the bug
When updating to the newest Eclipse Copilot via Marketplace update page it warn for an unsigned artifact:

- Help->Install New Software
- Work with: "https://azuredownloads-g3ahgwb5b8bkbxhd.b01.azurefd.net/github-copilot/", select GitHub Copilot, hit "Finish"
Expected behavior
No warning about unsigned dependencies.
