Description

I tried the 7.1.2 MacOS release.
I downloaded the arm64 binary and then:
```
$ chmod +x component-detection-osx-arm64
$ xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine component-detection-osx-arm64
```
I started the binary and I've only got a "killed" message.

Research direction

Reproduce the failure with the 7.1.2 arm64 macOS binary using the commands in the report, then inspect the component-detection startup path and release packaging configuration.
