Description
"Bf-Tree supports Linux, Windows, and macOS"
You should probably let us know if x86 and x64 or just one architecture. Another piece, is data structure file(s) portable across platforms?
I believe this info could be stated in the read me.
Cheers

Research direction
Start with the README and review its current statement that Bf-Tree supports Linux, Windows, and macOS. Verify which x86 architectures are supported and whether data structure files are portable across those platforms; done means the README clearly documents both points.
