Description

**Where is the documentation issue?**
README.md

**What is wrong or missing?**
It would nice if list of userland components used by Azure Linux is listed in the README.
Like does it use GNU coreutils or uutils-coreutils?
As mimalloc is from Microsoft, is glibc patched to use mimalloc instead? Other components like sudo-rs, ntpd-rs, https://hickory-dns.org/ if used.

**Suggested fix**
List components used like in https://chimera-linux.org/about/#alternative-userland

**Azure Linux version, if applicable**
Azure Linux 4.0 or later

Research direction

Start in README.md and use the linked Chimera Linux userland list as the format reference. Verify which components Azure Linux 4.0 or later uses, including coreutils, glibc and mimalloc, sudo-rs, ntpd-rs, and Hickory DNS. Done means README.md contains an accurate list of the components actually used.
