Description

We are getting the following error when trying to call an API in one of our extensions (we are behind a zscaler proxy). The API call works fine in postman and our test python code.

Research direction

Start by tracing how extension API requests are made and how Node.js fetch handles TLS certificates behind a Zscaler proxy. Reproduce the SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN failure using the reported extension call, then verify that the API request succeeds without weakening certificate validation.
