I cannot figure out how to use the documents that I upload. Any advice?

Description
I got everyone up and running via the azd cli. It says I successfully upload a document but then I ask for a summarization and it says : "I apologize, but I am not able to summarize specific documents as I don't have access to the content. My purpose is to provide information and answer questions to the best of my knowledge."
Do I need to perform more steps to setup Cog search storage?
