Start with IntelliJSecureStore.java, especially the LazyHolder initialization and the constructor around line 31, then reproduce the reported error with IntelliJ 2024.2.0.2 and plugin version 3.91.0-2024.2. Done means the plugin no longer logs the class-initialization error involving PasswordSafe.
