Start by reproducing the exception with IntelliJ 2024.2.4, plugin 3.92.0-2024.2, and JDK 21.0.4 on Windows 11. Trace Cancellation.computeInNonCancelableSection through the ProjectImpl services disposal reported in the stack trace; done means project disposal no longer produces this uncaught exception.
