Caused by:

Reproduce the startup failure with IntelliJ 2024.2.1, Windows 11, JDK 21.0.3, and plugin 3.91.0-2024.2. Start with AzureTelemeter initialization and the calls from AzureOperationAspect.beforeEnter to AddFacetStartupActivity.execute shown in the trace. Done means the plugin initializes without the reported NoClassDefFoundError.
