Description
Hi folks,
Is there any chance the Azure Toolkit for IntelliJ plugin could be expanded to be installable in other JetBrains IDEs, even as a beta product?
It'd be great to be able to access Kusto completion etc irrespective of IDE choice. I regularly find myself using RubyMine, DataSpell, and PHPStorm for various projects and all have projects that use KQL. It's frustrating that a lot of other query languages are supported in these IDEs but not KQL.
Cheers,
Billy 🤠

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Azure Toolkit for IntelliJ plugin and JetBrains IDE compatibility. Determine the scope required for Kusto completion in RubyMine, DataSpell, and PHPStorm; the work is done when the plugin can be installed in the requested IDEs and KQL completion is available there.
