Start with AzureModule.getDefaultProfileName and getDefaultProfile, then follow how DotEnvBeforeRunTaskProvider creates its task. Reproduce the missing profiles.xml condition on the reported IntelliJ, Windows 11, and JDK 17 environment. Done means this condition no longer produces an uncaught NoSuchFileException during task creation.
