Description

I am trying to install Azure Toolkit for Eclipse but in the step number 2 of the Install new software, I receive the following error message

I am following the next documentation:

Important details:
I am not able to use the marketplace for business policies, solution as install using the https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/azure-toolkit-eclipse should not work
