Description
Asked by our customers from Estee Lauder, they may want to need more support for logs in terms of deployments. These logs can include: some scripts, descriptions for package success/failure and can be saved into a file to read.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing the deployment packaging flow and its existing logging behavior in the Java Azure tools, then clarify which scripts, success/failure descriptions, and saved log-file format are required. Done should mean deployment logs provide the requested details and can be read from a file.
