Description

Scenario

The subscriptions I select in the Azure Explorer tool window in project 1 are updated in project 2 also.

Expected
This setting should be stored per Intellij project.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue with two IntelliJ projects and different Azure Explorer subscription selections. Start by tracing where the Azure Explorer stores selected subscriptions, then verify whether that state is global or project-scoped. Done means selections in one project no longer change the selections in another.
