Description
Since moving to a new macbook with M1 I am getting "Failed to connect docker host: localhost" when trying to push an image with the toolkit in intellij. However if I go to IntelliJ services tab, it is able to connect to docker without a problem. I have tried re-installing docker but I keep getting this error on the Mac. On my old Mac which uses an Intel chipset it works without an issue.
