Research direction

Reproduce the freeze in IntelliJ 2026.2.1 with plugin 3.97.7-2026.2 on Linux and without an Azure CLI login. Compare the behavior before and after running az login; done means the IDE no longer freezes in the EDT while Azure authentication is unavailable.
