Start with AzdNode.java, especially runAsBackgroundTask, isAzdInstalled, and initializeNode, then trace how AzureExplorer.java constructs the node during IntelliJ startup. Reproduce the 13-second freeze on the stated Windows, IntelliJ, JDK, and plugin versions. Done means node initialization no longer freezes the IDE while azd installation detection still works.
