Start with GithubClient.java, especially downloadToFile and executeWithRetry, then follow the call from AzureMcpPackageManager.java at getAzureMcpExecutable. Reproduce the Azure MCP Server initialization on IntelliJ 2025.3.3 with Windows 11 and inspect whether the interrupted connection is handled. Done means the initialization no longer reports this uncaught exception or the failure is clearly surfaced.
