Start in CVECheckService.java at retrieveVulnerabilityData (line 312), then trace fetchCves and getCveUpgradeIssues to understand the GitHub Security Advisory request. Reproduce the failure with IntelliJ 2025.3.4, plugin 3.97.6-2025.3, Windows 11, and JDK 21; done means vulnerability data retrieval no longer raises the reported SSLHandshakeException.
